“SHIPPING UPGRADE NOTICE”
We are offering worldwide free shipping now. We value every single customer and every single parcel that we ship out. Lately, we have upgraded our shipping system to making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
We are very proud to announce that we have put a lot of effort on managing to shorten the shipping time for our customers, especially for those from the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, and France.
1) For USA customers, the shipping time has been shorten to ± 7 business days (It was 8-15 business days before upgrading.)
2) For UK customers, the shipping time has been shorten to ± 7 business days (It was 10-20 business days before upgrading.)
3) For Australia customers, the shipping time has been shortened to ± 7 business days (It was 10-20 business days before upgrading. )
4) For France customers, the shipping time has also been shortened to ± 7 business days (It was 10-20 business days before upgrading. )
5) For Germany customers, the shipping time has also been shortened to ± 7 business days (It was 15-25 business days before upgrading.)
6) For Spain customers, the shipping time has also been shortened to ± 7 business days (It was 20-30 business days before upgrading.)
THE UPDATED SHIPPING TIME
* Please note that the new shipping system takes effect from June 1st, 2018. Practically, we ensure 95% of the orders delivered in time. For some remote places, it may take a bit longer. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
The item processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order.
We carry out strict quality controls and checks on material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. for your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment to meet your satisfaction.
We are very excited that now many of our orders can be shipped out within 24 hours. But the average processing time takes 1-3 business days (larger orders will take longer, weekends and holidays excluded). However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status, the time of the year or national holidays, etc.
For popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the processing time may take 5-10 business days. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
Note: the processing time of orders with more than one item will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
We will E-mail you if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.
That’s to say, if some of the items are out of stock in your order, and we want to make the package arrived earlier. In this case, we will split your order and sent the available item(s) to you firstly and your sub-order will be shipped for free. It may take a few days longer for your sub-order to arrive.
If you would like to cancel a backordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Please remember that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take you to receive the order is the processing time + the shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, please submit a ticket at our Support Center for more help. Our dedicated customer service team will get in touch with you as soon as possible..
We deliver all of our orders worldwide from our warehouse and distribution center based in China. The delivery time depends on the country you select when checking out. Please refer to the following shipping table for average delivery time.
－We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing your order.
－Your parcel will be shipped with the most suitable carrier depends on size and weight. Parcels will be delivered during working days and working hours, please offer an available address where someone can accept it as signature may be required.
－Once your parcel arrived in your country, it will be passed to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.
－If you are not in when parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where parcel is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick it up or rearrange delivery.
－As we mentioned above, parcels may take longer due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes which cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions,etc. Therefore, delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, we will work out a proper solution for you to decrease your loss.
－Please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive on time or is signed by others. Our customer service team will get back to you and offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.
“SHIPPING STATUS & TRACKING NUMBERS”
- You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on the order that you would like to track in " My Orders " to review your order status and/or get a tracking number. We will also E-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery.
After you receive the order you purchased, you are very welcome to write a review for your order and get points rewarded. Points can be used to get rewards for coupons, etc. About points, please check our Rewards Program page for more information.
- All packages have specific tracking information. It normally takes a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available, please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time above is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
“CUSTOM TAX OR DUTY”
Normally you will not be charged of any additional fees. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes you may have to pay tariff. If any, these charges must be paid by you. You will take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees if you refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
